1. Confirmation of payment reception

"Pharmacy" at its own discretion is entitled to accept or reject your order without giving any explanations. If your order was accepted, you accept current obligations between parties automatically.

2. Client's obligations

In accordance with "Pharmacy" request, you guarantee that you have reached 18 age and obliged to present full and accurate information. Thereby you guarantee that the use of your credit card is legal.

3. Pharmacy's obligations

During charge back placing, cardholder sign the next arrangements with us: client will be fully blocked and will not cooperate with our service; client will get bad credit points, what can influence on operations with this credit card; money enters to the account of card holder later than if it was made by means of refunds.

8. Regulation and changes in Terms and Conditions
